Lobster Buzara
Ingredients
- Lobster tails - 2 lbs
- Olive Oil - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 6 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves - ½ tablespoon
- Tomatoes - 8.8 oz
- Breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz
- Dry White Wine - 13 fl oz
- Bay leaf - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the breadcrumbs with chopped garlic and parsley in a pan.
Step 2
Add the lobster meat and 200 ml of white wine. Simmer on low heat covered for about 15 minutes.
Step 3
Blanch the tomatoes, peel them, chop, and add to the pan along with the bay leaf. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Stir occasionally and add wine, simmer until thickened.
