Ingredients
- Lobster tails - 4 pieces
- Dry White Wine - 3 fl oz
- Cream 22% - 8 fl oz
- Mango - 1 piece
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 teaspoon
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Parmesan Cheese - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour the wine into a saucepan and boil until about 2 tablespoons remain.
Step 2
Add the cream and cook until the mixture thickens.
Step 3
Pour the lime juice into the saucepan, add diced mango and grated zest. Stir well.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 428°F.
Step 5
Place the four pieces of lobster meat on a baking sheet. Top with the mixture. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
