- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Roll out the pastry, cut it into squares, and refrigerate for half an hour.

Submerge the lobster in boiling salted water for one minute.

Prepare the lobster by cutting it in half (move the knife from head to tail), carefully remove the meat from the body and claws, and discard the rest.
