- Long-Grain Rice - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 3 cups
- Fat - 1 teaspoon
- Onion - 1 head
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Goat cheese - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, pour it into a deep pot with 2 liters of boiling water, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, then drain in a colander.
Step 2
Peel the onion, wash it, finely chop it, and sauté in melted fat.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into thin strips.
Step 4
Wash the parsley, dry it, and finely chop it.
Step 5
Mix the rice with the onion, cheese, raw egg, and sour cream, season with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to a cast-iron skillet greased with butter and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
