- Long-Grain Rice - 1½ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Canned Crabs - 1 can
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Asparagus - 7.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Scallions - 1.8 oz
- Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the rice, add it to boiling salted water, and cook for 15 minutes, then drain and rinse.
Step 2
Chop the crab meat into small pieces, mix with the eggs and the liquid from the can.
Step 3
From the resulting mixture, make a thin omelet and cut it into strips.
Step 4
Wash the green onions and chop them finely.
Step 5
In a wok, heat the oil, add the asparagus, and fry for 1 minute.
Step 6
Transfer the fried asparagus to a bowl and keep it warm.
Step 7
Add the rice to the wok and fry while stirring for 3 minutes, then pour in the soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add the asparagus, omelet, and onions to the rice, and heat for 2–3 minutes.
Step 9
Before serving, drizzle with sesame oil.
