- Broccoli - 14.1 oz
- Pickled Cauliflower - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Celery stalk - 4 pieces
- Milk - 10 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes (once the water comes back to a boil). Then drain in a colander and rinse with water.
Step 2
Grate the carrot on a coarse grater, and chop the bell pepper and celery.
Step 3
Beat the eggs with a blender, then add milk, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Grate the cheese and mix it into the milk mixture.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a baking dish with a little oil, add all the vegetables, and pour the milk mixture over them. Bake for about 45 minutes. The milk mixture should turn into an omelet, and the cheese should form a golden crust.
