- Bun - 1 piece
- Vienna Sausage - 1 piece
- Ketchup - 0.5 oz
- Sweet Red Onion - 0.4 oz
- Carrot - 2.6 oz
- White Cabbage - 5.3 oz
- Mayonnaise - 1.8 oz
- Scallions - 0.9 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Basil Mustard Sauce - 0.5 oz
- Cheese Spread - 1.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the coleslaw. Cut the carrot into long slices about 2 mm thick. Shred the cabbage. Finely chop the green onion. Mix the ingredients with garlic oil and dress with cheese sauce.
Step 2
Slice the onion into thin rings, coat in flour with salt, fry in oil, and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Step 3
Heat the bun. Grill the sausage. Cut the bun, place some coleslaw inside, add the sausage on top, and season with mustard sauce and ketchup. Top with fried onions.
