Ingredients
- Young luffa fruits - 1.8 oz
- Onion - 0.7 oz
- Pork Mince - 7.1 oz
- Chopped Green Onions - 0.7 oz
- Minced garlic - 3 cloves
- Dried Rosemary - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Rice - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the luffa and cut into 3 cm thick rings. Remove the center.
Step 2
Boil the luffa rings in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and cool. Save the broth.
Step 3
Cook the rice and let it cool.
Step 4
Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
Step 5
Prepare the filling: mix the pork, onion, garlic, oregano, and rice.
Step 6
Stuff the luffa. Carefully place it in an empty pot and pour in the broth. Bring to a boil.
Step 7
Skim off the foam, add the green onion, and cook for 5–10 minutes.
