  • Onion - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Cilantro - 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Green Onions - 3 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make the filling from the meat, one onion, garlic, green onion, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, and thoroughly beat the mixture against the table with force.

Step 2

Refrigerate for half an hour.

Step 3

At the same time, soak the skewers in cold water for half an hour.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 437°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 5

Cut the pepper into small squares and chop the remaining onion.

Take out the filling and form sausages with wet hands.
