Description
You can use any other cheese instead of Cheddar.
Ingredients
- Pasta (corkscrew) - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - to taste
- Cheshire Cheese - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 338°F.
Step 2
Put the pasta to boil.
Step 3
Melt the butter over heat, mix in the flour, and stir until it turns golden brown.
Step 4
Make sure there are no lumps: lumps are bad.
Step 5
Add milk, mix well, and bring to a boil.
Step 6
Divide the cooked pasta into two parts.
Step 7
Place one part on a baking sheet that has been greased with butter.
Step 8
Sprinkle finely chopped onion, cheese, salt, and pepper on top.
Step 9
Place the remaining pasta on top, sprinkle with cheese and onion, don't forget the salt and pepper, and pour the prepared sauce over it.
Step 10
Cover with parchment paper and bake for 25 minutes.
