Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet - 2 pieces
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 2 slices
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the mackerel fillet with salt and pepper, place a strip of bacon on the inside of the fillet, and roll it up. Secure it.
Step 2
Bake for 15–20 minutes at 392°F. It is preferable to place it with the skin side down on the baking sheet.
