  • Mackerel - 3 pieces
  • Eel - 2 heads
  • Courgette - 10.6 oz
  • Tomatoes - 5 pieces
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Malt Vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Herbs - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the zucchini, slice it into rounds, sauté in olive oil, and place on parchment paper to remove excess oil.

Step 2

Clean, rinse, and dry the lettuce.

Step 3

Remove seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes.

Step 4

Cut the fish into small pieces and place it in a double boiler for 3 minutes.

Step 5

Prepare the dressing from olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper.

Step 6

Combine the zucchini with the fish and tomatoes. Dress the salad with the dressing.

Step 7

Arrange the lettuce on plates, top with zucchini rounds, fish, tomato cubes, sprinkle with finely chopped chervil, drizzle with the prepared dressing, and serve immediately.
