Ingredients
- Arugula - 0.4 oz
- Macruros Fillet - 17.6 oz
- Spinach - 0.7 oz
- Basmati rice - 7.1 oz
- Frozen green bean pods - 20 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 piece
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Season the macruros fillet with salt and pepper and simmer in a small amount of water.
Step 2
Cook the rice and add butter.
Step 3
Thinly slice the carrot and place it on ice for a few minutes (to give the slices a nice shape and make them crunchier).
Step 4
Cut the green peas into strips and quickly sauté with arugula and spinach in a mix of butter and olive oil.
Step 5
On a plate, arrange the sautéed spinach and arugula, place the macruros on top, add the rice, and garnish with carrot slices.
