Ingredients

  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Lamb Neck Fillet - 21.2 oz
  • Ocean salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Grated Ginger Root - 2 teaspoons
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 17 fl oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips - 1 piece
  • Corn Starch - 1 tablespoon
  • Passata Tomato Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into square pieces and place it in the fryer basket. Crush the garlic in a garlic press and sprinkle it over the meat. Top the meat with the chopped fresh ginger. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Pour in cold water and cook for another 15 minutes.

Step 3

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Remove the seeds from the peppers and slice them into thin strips. Add them to the meat and cook for another 20 minutes. During cooking, turn off the fryer 1 or 2 times and stir the dish with a wooden spatula.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, mix the cornstarch with a small amount of water and a spoonful of tomato paste. Pour it evenly over the dish. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Step 5

Garnish the finished dish with fresh rosemary.
