  • Green Apples - 4 pieces
  • Mango - 2 pieces
  • Roasted Peanuts - 7.1 oz

Peel the apples using a vegetable peeler, remove the core, and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Cut the mango into cubes. (This is the trickiest part. First, the fruit should be ripe. To check, gently squeeze the mango in the store; if it yields slightly and has a fragrant aroma, it's ripe. Cutting the mango is quite simple. Without peeling, hold the piece with the flesh facing up and use a knife to score a grid pattern on the flesh. Gently turn the piece inside out and cut out the cubes of flesh).

Step 3

Mix the apple cubes with the mango cubes. Add the peanuts (preferably unsalted). Pour the mango juice into the bowl - this will be the dressing. Serve deliciously with dairy products or with seafood cooked in a creamy sauce.
