Ingredients
- Green Tea (brick) - to taste
- Mandarin Puree - 7.1 oz
- Passion Fruit - 1.8 oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 2 fl oz
- Ice - 10 pieces
- Fresh Mint - 2 sprigs
- Lime - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For this drink, we will need a base – cold tea. The best options are green tea with jasmine or oolong tea. Brew a liter of tea in advance and place it in the refrigerator. Prepare ice cubes to freeze.
Step 2
Thaw a portion of the puree. For 1 liter of tea, thaw 200 grams of mango puree and 50 grams of passion fruit puree.
Step 3
We make the sugar syrup ourselves, and it's easy to do. Mix sugar in a 1:1 ratio with hot water and stir until smooth.
Step 4
In a pitcher of cold tea, add 200g of mango puree and 50g of passion fruit puree (previously thawed), respectively.
Step 5
Add 80 ml of sugar syrup, toss in 10 ice cubes, and mix well. Garnish with two sprigs of mint and lime wedges. Enjoy the refreshing Mango Iced Tea from West4.
