  • Jicama - 1 piece
  • English cucumber - 1 piece
  • Lime - 1 piece
  • Lime Juice - 2 fl oz
  • Honey - 2 tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil - 8 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Peel the mango, jicama, and cucumber. Cut into small, even cubes and transfer to a large bowl.

Step 2

In a blender, combine lime juice, zest from 1 lime, and honey. While blending, slowly add the oil. Season with salt to taste. Drizzle over the salad and mix well.
