Ingredients
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 8.5 oz
- Maple syrup - 8 fl oz
- Brown Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Dried Barberry - 3.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients and heat over medium heat, not bringing to a boil, until the sugar dissolves.
Step 3
Slightly reduce the heat and simmer for about 4 minutes until the berries start to burst.
Step 4
Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and cool.
Step 5
Before serving, gently reheat.
