Ingredients
- Pizza Flour - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Melted Cheese - 8.8 oz
- Parmesan Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 8.8 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Basil - 2 bunches
- Italian chopped parsley - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Add a tablespoon of oil, herbs, chopped 1 bunch of basil, and garlic to the tomato sauce, and mix well.
Step 3
Grease the pizza pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Step 4
Roll out the dough as thinly as possible and place it in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Slice the mozzarella and grate the parmesan.
Step 6
Remove the dough from the oven, spread the sauce over it, arrange the mozzarella evenly, sprinkle with parmesan, place 10 basil leaves, and drizzle with the remaining oil.
Step 7
Place the pizza in the preheated oven at 200°C for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
Step 8
When the pizza is ready, add a couple of basil leaves. Buon appetito!
