Ingredients
- Dijon Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Dried onion powder - to taste
- Soy Sauce - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar - 0 fl oz
- Green peppercorns - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the mustard, garlic, and onion, then add the remaining ingredients.
Step 2
Place the beef in a bag with the marinade and let it sit overnight.
Step 3
Remove from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
Step 4
Shake off the excess marinade.
Step 5
If the steak is no thicker than 2 cm, after searing in a pan for 1.5 minutes on each side, you can finish cooking the steak in a preheated oven at 356°F for 10 minutes.
