  • Coconut Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Red Curry Powder - 0.4 oz
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0.2 oz
  • Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
  • Muscovado Sugar - 0.9 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Cilantro - 1.8 oz
  • Grated Ginger Root - 0.7 oz
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pork Neck - 2 lbs
