Ingredients
- Coconut Milk - 4 fl oz
- Red Curry Powder - 0.4 oz
- Black Cumin (Cumin) - 0.2 oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
- Muscovado Sugar - 0.9 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Cilantro - 1.8 oz
- Grated Ginger Root - 0.7 oz
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Salt - to taste
- Pork Neck - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide

Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into large cubes.
Step 3
Slice the onion.
Step 4
Finely chop the cilantro along with the stems.
Step 5
Peel the ginger and finely grate or chop it.
Step 6
Mix the coconut milk with sugar.
Step 7
Mash the onion and add it to the mixture along with the juice.

Add cilantro, ginger, garlic pressed through a garlic press, curry, cumin, salt, and lime juice.

Mix the resulting marinade and add the prepared meat for the skewers. Stir well, cover the container with plastic wrap or foil, and let the skewers marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Light the grill, skewer the meat onto the skewers, and grill, turning occasionally, until a golden crust forms.
