- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers - ¼ g
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion, carrot, parsley, and celery into strips and sauté in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the tomato puree and broth, simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, bay leaves, season with sugar, citric acid, or vinegar to taste, bring to a boil, and cool.
