  • Garlic - 0.4 oz
  • Veal Tenderloin - 10.6 oz
  • Banana Leaves - 3.5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 1.4 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the meat from membranes and cut it into pieces 0.5 cm thick.

Step 2

Combine the soy sauce with finely chopped garlic. Marinate the meat in this sauce for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Place the meat in heated vegetable oil in the skillet and sear it on both sides.

Step 4

Cut the pepper into strips. Dress the lettuce leaves and pepper with vegetable oil, salt, and pepper.

Step 5

Arrange the salad and pepper in the center of the plate, and top with the hot meat.
