Marinated Beef Steaks in Red Wine and Rosemary

Ingredients

  • Red Grape Juice - 2 fl oz
  • Thick Beef Rib - 31.7 oz
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 teaspoons
  • Dried Rosemary - ½ teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into 2 steaks. Transfer to a bowl.

Step 2

Mix the wine, chopped garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add to the meat, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the grill.

Step 4

Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Step 5

Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for 3–5 minutes. Serve.
