- Red Grape Juice - 2 fl oz
- Thick Beef Rib - 31.7 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Olive Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves - 2 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary - ½ teaspoon
- Dijon Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Cut the meat into 2 steaks. Transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Mix the wine, chopped garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add to the meat, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
