- Steaks - 4 pieces
- Scallions - 1 bunch
- Worcestershire Sauce - 2 fl oz
- English Dry Mustard - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper - ½ teaspoon
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Coarse Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater.
Step 2
Place the meat in a dish.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest, half of the finely chopped green onions, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper, and cumin. Pour the marinade over the meat, mix well, and let it sit for 40 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat the grill or barbecue.

Pat the meat dry with a paper towel, season generously with salt, and grill for about 6 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.
