  • French salad dressing - 31.7 oz
  • Soy Sauce - ¼ cup
  • Yakiniku sauce - ¼ cup
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Courgette - 1 piece
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
  • Fresh Mushrooms - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a bowl, mix the Italian dressing, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Add the meat cut into small pieces, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 24-48 hours.

Preheat the grill.

Step 3

Cut the onion, pepper, zucchini, and mushrooms into small pieces and, alternating with the meat, thread them onto skewers, brush with the marinade, and grill, turning until the meat is cooked through.
