- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Red Long Chili Peppers - 1 piece
- Sweet Chili Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ground coriander - 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Using a sharp knife, clean the octopus by removing the innards and eyes. Then rinse under running water and place in a bowl; if the octopuses are not small, cut them into small pieces. Add the oil and minced garlic, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the grill well and grill the octopus in batches for 3-5 minutes until tender. Transfer to a paper towel.
Step 3
Slice the pepper into thin strips and mix with the chili sauce, cilantro, and lime juice. Mix well. Add the octopus and mix again. Serve warm or cold.
