- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Scallions - 1 stalk
- Habanero Pepper - ½ piece
- Chopped Green Onions - 3 tablespoons
- Lime Juice - 2 tablespoons
- Tequila - 1½ tablespoons
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice - ½ teaspoon
- Pork tenderloin - 2 lbs

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, chopped green onion, minced jalapeño pepper, cilantro, lime juice, tequila, orange juice, salt, cumin, and chili powder. Mix well and transfer to a plastic bag. Add the sliced meat, mix, seal the bag tightly, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
