- Salad Potatoes - 5.3 oz
- Butter - 0.9 oz
- Dill - to taste
- Green peppercorns - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Basil - 1 stem
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into large pieces.
Step 2
Place a pot with the potatoes on the stove. The water should cover the surface completely. After boiling, add a bay leaf, whole peppercorns, and a stem of dill or parsley.
Step 3
After 20 minutes of boiling, remove from heat and drain the broth, leaving a little at the bottom. Strain.
Step 4
Mash the potatoes in a narrow round container, adding butter and the remaining broth. Season with basil and chopped dill. Enjoy your meal!
