- Salad Potatoes - 10.6 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place a pot of water on the stove. While the water is boiling, peel the potatoes. If the potatoes are young, you can boil them with the skin on. Put the potatoes in the pot and cook for about 15 minutes until soft. Once the potatoes are ready, drain the water.
Step 2
Place the chanterelles in a steamer or sauté them in a pan for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.
Step 3
Use a blender to turn the potatoes and milk into a puree. Add salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve the mashed potatoes on a plate and top with the chanterelles.
