Ingredients
- Matcha - 0.1 oz
- Coconut Milk - 5 fl oz
- Tapioca - 3.5 oz
- Ice - 3.5 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Add the matcha tea to the bowl, sifting it through a fine sieve to break up any large clumps.
Step 2
Add 30 ml of hot water (176°F) to the matcha, stirring gradually.
Step 3
Whisk the tea using W-shaped motions with a whisk or frother until a thick foam forms.
Step 4
Place tapioca balls at the bottom of the glass.
Step 5
Pour in the coconut milk, add ice, and then top with matcha to create layers of the drink.
Step 6
Serve with a thick straw.
