- Aloe with honey - 1.4 oz
- Lime Juice - 1 fl oz
- Gingerbread-flavored syrup - 0 fl oz
- Matcha - 0.1 oz
- Egg white - 1.4 oz
- Water - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Pour gin, aloe vera jam, and lime puree into a shaker, then add simple syrup and egg white.
Step 2
Shake everything without ice first, then shake again with ice.
Step 3
Mix the matcha with water, ensuring the water temperature does not exceed 176°F.
Step 4
Before serving, strain the mixture from the shaker through a fine mesh strainer (Double Strain) and mix with matcha.
Step 5
Serve in a chilled glass, garnished with matcha tea.
