- Quail Egg - 8 pieces
- Mustard Greens - 0.4 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 0 fl oz
- White Balsamic Cream - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 17 fl oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 10.6 oz
- Salt - 0.1 oz
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Scallions - 3.5 oz
- Lime Juice - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Blend quail eggs, mustard, lemon juice, 5 ml of white balsamic vinegar, and 500 ml of vegetable oil in a blender.
Step 2
Prepare a sauce from roasted peppers. Roast the peppers until well done, then pass them through a sieve and mix in salt, 10 ml of balsamic vinegar, and 5 ml of soy sauce.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce from fried onions. Pour 15 ml of vegetable oil over the onions, season with salt, char, and grill them. Chop finely with a knife. In a blender cup, add 25 ml of soy sauce, lime juice, and the charred onions. Blend until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve and mix with mayonnaise.
