Description

- Rice Vinegar for Sushi - 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens - 0.2 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a half-liter jar or blender cup, place the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, and salt, and mix everything together.
Step 2
Add the eggs and carefully pour in the oil.
Step 3
Lower the immersion blender to the bottom of the container so that all the yolks are under the blender cup. Whip at maximum speed.
