Ingredients
- Beef - 14.1 oz
- Turkey - 14.1 oz
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 10.6 oz
- Carrot - 15.9 oz
- Celery salt - 8.8 oz
- Leek - 4.4 oz
- Onion - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Clean and chop the leek and celery stalks coarsely.
Step 3
Wash the meat, trim off any membranes, and cut into pieces.
Step 4
Peel the carrot and grate it finely.
Step 5
Peel the onion, chop it coarsely, and cut the garlic cloves, removing the core.
Step 6
Pass the leek and celery through a meat grinder, transfer to a sieve, and squeeze out the juice.
Step 7
Grind the meat, onion, and garlic.
Step 8
Add the grated carrot, squeezed celery and leek, eggs, salt, pepper, vegetable oil, and spices to the minced meat.
Step 9
Mix the minced meat well and pound it on the table.
Step 10
Line a baking sheet with foil, form meatballs slightly larger than a walnut with wet hands, and place them tightly on the baking sheet, as they will shrink in size while baking.
Step 11
Bake in a preheated oven at 374°F for 20–25 minutes.
Step 12
Serve with any side dish, sauce, or fresh vegetables.
