- Pork tenderloin - 7.1 oz
- Semi-Smoked Sausage - 3.9 oz
- Onion - 4.2 oz
- Clarified Butter - 2.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Beans - 9.5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 4.2 oz
- Herbs - 0.7 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef and pork into portion-sized pieces, lightly pound, season with salt and pepper, coat in flour, and fry.
Step 2
Cook the sorted and rinsed beans (do not soak) until tender, then sauté with the onion and tomato.
Step 3
Fry the sausage as a whole piece. Layer the fried pork, beef, sausage, and beans in a pot, add broth (30 g), and simmer in a covered pot for 10–15 minutes. Garnish with herbs before serving.
