  • Onion - 1 piece

  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • Meat - 17.6 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the filling: finely chop the onion and sauté it, cut the zucchini into strips, grate the garlic, and chop the herbs.

Step 2

Mix the onion, zucchini, garlic, herbs, and mayonnaise. Stir well.

Step 3

Cut the meat into portion-sized pieces and tenderize.
