Ingredients
- Onion - 1 head
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
- Ground meat - 17.6 oz
- Campbell's Beef Broth - 8 fl oz
- Spices - to taste
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 0.5 oz
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Margarine - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the finely chopped onion in oil until soft. Add garlic and lean ground meat. Sauté well until the meat turns brown.
Step 2
Add beef broth, tomato paste, dried herbs, spices, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with spices.
Step 3
For the dumplings, mix flour and a pinch of salt. Grate the hard margarine. Mix well with a small amount of water. Carefully roll into balls and drop into the boiling meat filling. Cook for 10 minutes.
