Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 14.1 oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Spices - 0.2 oz
- Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - ¼ tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 1½ tablespoons
- Olives stuffed with lemon - 10 pieces
- Pickled capers - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Water - ½ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and set aside.
Step 2
Grate the carrot and garlic, then sauté in olive oil with the spices. Add the meat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the tomato paste, milk, and ½ cup of water. Add to the meat. Chop the capers and olives. Add them at the end of cooking. Season with salt. Then take the flour and mix it well with the dish.
