Ingredients
- Beef - 5.3 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Broccoli - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 0.7 oz
- Red Grape Juice - 1 fl oz
- Dill - 1 bunch
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the beef and place it at the bottom of the pot.
Step 2
Pour the wine into a cup, add dill and spices, and pour over the beef.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes and onion and add them to the pot along with the broccoli.
Step 4
Place the pot in the oven for 35 minutes at 392°F.
Step 5
Prepare the sour cream sauce: add spices and dill to the sour cream to taste.
Step 6
After 35 minutes, remove the pot, add the sour cream sauce, sprinkle the dish with grated cheese, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
