Ingredients
- Beef - 12.3 oz
- Clarified Butter - 1.1 oz
- White Cabbage - 7.1 oz
- Tomato Puree - 1 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Chicken Broth - 1½ cups
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Parsley - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry it, cut it into small cubes, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 2
Slightly fry in a pan with heated oil, then place in a clay or cast iron pot.
Step 3
Add the chopped cabbage, peeled, washed, minced, and sautéed onion in heated oil, and tomato puree.
Step 4
Pour hot meat broth over everything, add the bay leaf, and simmer for 1 to 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Before serving, sprinkle the finished meat with finely chopped parsley.
