- Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
- Beer - 20 fl oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Canned Mushroom Soup - to taste

Cut the pork into cubes, aiming for two pieces per serving. Place a piece of butter in a hot skillet, and when it melts, evenly sprinkle the bottom of the skillet with salt.
Step 2
Do not salt the meat. Sear the meat over high heat on both sides until a golden crust forms. Then transfer the meat to a pot, sprinkle with coarsely chopped onion and allspice, add a bay leaf, pour in a full bottle of beer, and simmer on low heat for 10-20 minutes. After that, serve it on a plate with boiled potatoes, drizzling with the resulting sauce. Garnish with green peas.
