  • Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Spices - to taste

Wash and slice the beef.

Salt and season the meat with spices.

Step 3

Sear the meat in vegetable oil on both sides until lightly browned.

Prepare the sauce for the meat: heat the cream until it comes to a boil.
