Ingredients

  • Tomatoes - 21.2 oz
  • Pork Neck - 4 lbs
  • Garlic - 0.5 oz
  • Olive Oil - 0 fl oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Mixed spices for Christmas pudding - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Make incisions in the meat (approximately the size of serving pieces). Slice the garlic and tomatoes into rounds.

Step 2

Grease the foil with oil, sprinkle with spices and salt, and place the meat on the foil. Insert the rounds of tomatoes and garlic into the incisions. Season with salt, pepper, and additional spices on top.

Step 3

Wrap everything in foil, tie it up (for example, with kitchen twine), and bake the meat in the oven in foil for 1.5 to 2 hours at a temperature of 180 to 374°F.
