Ingredients
- Meat - 2 lbs
- Onion - 3 heads
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Squeeze the lemon into a glass, then fill the glass with water almost to half.
Step 2
In an enamel or clay pot, place a layer of meat, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and grated nutmeg. Add a layer of onion, sliced into rings, and pour a spoonful of the diluted juice over it. Place another layer of meat on top. Continue this process until all the meat is used. Cover the pot with a lid and place it in the refrigerator overnight.
