- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the meat as for schnitzels.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a coarse grater. Squeeze the water out of the potatoes, add the egg, flour, and spices.
Step 3
Coat each schnitzel with the potato mixture on both sides.
Step 4
Fry in oil until cooked through.
