Description

The pumpkin releases a lot of juice, and you can add rice or millet inside so you don't have to prepare a side dish separately.

Ingredients

  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Pumpkin - 1 piece
  • Pork Blood - 17.6 oz
  • Raisins - 0.4 oz
  • Soy Sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • Adjika - 1 teaspoon
  • Honey - 1 tablespoon
  • Spices - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - 0.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the marinade for the meat: mix spices, salt, adjika, soy sauce, and honey.

Step 2

Cut the meat into small pieces and marinate for 4–5 hours.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to 392°F.

Step 4

Cut off the top of the pumpkin, remove the seeds and pulp. Grease the inside of the pumpkin with butter, salt it, cover with the top, and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Sear the meat in a pan until almost cooked.

Step 6

Rinse the raisins and cut the apple into small pieces.

Step 7

Remove the pumpkin, fill it with the meat, raisins, and apple, cover with the top, and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 392°F.

Step 8

Serve with boiled rice or couscous.
