- Beef - 5.6 oz
- Onion - ½ head
- Vegetable Oil - to taste
- Sour Cream - to taste
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.
Step 2
Tenderize a portion of meat, place it on the chopped onion, and pound them together with the blunt side of a knife, shaping it into an oval patty.
Step 3
Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Prepare the egg wash: beat the egg with milk, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Dip the prepared meat with onion into the egg wash and fry on both sides in a heated pan with oil.
Step 6
Serve separately with sour cream, fried potatoes, lightly salted cucumbers, and salted mushrooms with parsley.
