Ingredients
- Pork Mince - 7.1 oz
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) - ½ cans
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese - ½ pieces
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets - 4 pieces
- Spices - to taste
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Apple Wine - 2 spoons

Boil the lasagna pasta.

Prepare the Bolognese sauce: sauté the ground meat in a pan, then add the tomatoes, spices (salt, pepper, basil, oregano), and wine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Make the creamy sauce: Place sour cream in a skillet, add cubed processed cheese, and simmer over low heat until a smooth mixture forms.
