Description

This is an excellent marinade for red meat.

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Dried Rosemary - 1 fl oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 fl oz
  • Balsamic Vinegar - 1 fl oz
  • Chopped Sage Leaves - 1 fl oz
  • Garlic - 4 cloves
  • Lemon - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater and transfer it to a bowl.

Step 2

Add olive oil, rosemary, sage, thyme, and minced garlic. Mix well.

Step 3

Place the meat in a dish, pour the marinade over it, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
